Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities in international freight forwarding.
• Promote and sell Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and International Courier services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits.
• Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Manage cargo consolidation opportunities for air and sea freight shipments.
• Handle customer requirements for Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments in compliance with applicable international regulations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in business development within the international freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Air Freight
• Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
• International Courier Services
• Cargo Consolidation
• Dangerous Goods (DG) Handling
• Experience in import and export freight operations.
• Good understanding of international shipping documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• An existing customer network in the freight forwarding or logistics industry will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage daily Ground Handling Operations
✔ Ensure compliance with DGCA, ICAO, IATA (IGOM), BCAS, airport regulations, and airline SOPs
✔ Oversee Ramp Operations, Aircraft Turnaround, Baggage, Cargo, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
✔ Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams
✔ Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies
✔ Monitor operational KPIs and deliver service excellence
What We're Looking For
✅ 8–10 years of experience in Ground Handling, Airport Operations, or Airline Operations
✅ Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
✅ Strong knowledge of DGCA, ICAO, IATA IGOM, BCAS, and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✅ IATA, DGR, SMS, AVSEC, or Ramp Safety certifications will be an added advantage
